“After receiving confirmation of my reservation, i recieved a phone call followed by a voicemail, and an email message saying that my credit card transaction had been rejected (i entered incorrect expiration and 3 digit code). The follow-up was every bit as through as "it used to be years ago. I called them back and gave the accurate info. Within 10 minutes I got my confirmation with Airline's itinerary code on my email. These folks were very professional and made sure that I got my flight.”
